Payoneer vs Paypal – The Withdraw rate comparison

Payoneer and Paypal, which one should we choose for better withdrawing rate?
It may be different in each country, but I am pretty sure people generally get higher rate for using Payoneer instead of Paypal for cash out method.

Let’s look at the rate comparison table between Paypal and Payoneer when I withdrawn $100 to the same Vietnamese Bank:

The above image indicates that I get the spread of 988.86 VND for using Payoneer method instead of Paypal.
